Rude Health started with this muesli, The Ultimate. We didn’t know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, we just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? We balanced a great blend of grains until we couldn’t improve the texture, then we added absolutely all the ingredients that got us excited. It might be our first muesli, but it’s still our ultimate.
